At Original Genius Records, we strive to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our return and refund policy is different from physical goods.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital format of our products, all sales are considered final once the product is sent. This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital content.
Faulty or Damaged Files: If a file is faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to replace it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the name of the track, and a description of the issue.
Incorrect Purchase: If you have purchased an item by mistake, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
Disputes: If there’s an issue with a purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company. Many disputes can be quickly resolved this way.
Non-Delivery of Product: If, for some reason, you do not receive the digital product link after your purchase, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can promptly send the link.

Return & Refund Policy for Physical Merchandise
At Original Genius Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please find our return and refund policy below:
30-Day Return Window: You may return any unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Process for Returning Items: To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
